Julian is absolutely amazing. He and his team removed many truck loads of trash left by my tenants. Not only did they remove the trash, they cleaned the house after. They also removed the dead plants from the yard since the tenants decided to unplug the sprinkler system in the North County heat over the summer. Julian is professional, hard working and very kind. Great service, quick work! I had previously hired someone off of SLO Buy & Sell FB to clear some junk and remove an old loveseat, they took my money and then flaked on me and the sofa sat outside for months. I then called 2 Mexicans and Julian came and cleared the junk and sofa in a matter of minutes for a great price! Super job, I'm am soooo happy. I should have called them first!
